 Jesenia is the first staff member you will speak with when you come in for your appointment. She will be ready to help you to begin your paperwork or update your file to include any changes that may have happened since your last visit. She is also bi-lingual if that service is needed.  Amy, will be the last person you see when you have finished your exam with your doctor. She will advise you of fees or other appointments that should be booked with your doctor. Amy is trained to be helpful in all tech areas and will place your order for contact lenses from the doctors notes. |

| Marixa, Front Office Manager |
With the increase in size at Pflugerville Vision Care we are pleased to have on our staff Marixa, as our front office manager. Marixa is not new to our company she has been with us since August of 2000. She is well trained and experienced in our Pflugerville Vision Care office flow. She always has our office motto “We will take care of you” in her plan to help you have a pleasant experience while having your eye care exam.

| Deborah, Optical manager |
Deborah has been with Pflugerville Vision Care since April of 1998. You will find her to be very knowledgeable in every aspect of frame styling and she keeps adding to her knowledge of lenses by continuing to attend classes and work shops about new products. She has added some personal “bests” this year by placing in the pflugerville triathlon. That one was the last of 3 triathlons she competed in this year! Be prepared for honesty if you ask her the question “what do you think of this frame on me?’ !

| Trinidad, Tech |
 Trinidad, will escort you to the preliminary testing area and administer the prelim tests that your doctor will discuss with you during your exam. She is trained to make this part of your visit less stressful for you by explaining what the doctor will be using the test information for during your exam. She will be setting the equipment in the exam room for your doctor and will help you to ready for your eye exam. |
| Eddie, Tech |
Eddie is a prelim tech that will administer the preliminary tests your doctor will be using during your eye exam. He also works in our eyeglass laboratory as well.

| Jay, Optical Tech |
 Jay is trained to help you in the optical area. She is helpful as a frame stylist and frame adjuster. She will be helpful in showing you choices in the selection of frames and optical lenses. Her eye for style is very helpful! |
| Janice, Insurance Coordinator |
Janice prepares and submits all of your insurance claims. Her knowledge of the vast number of insurance programs that our doctors participate in is amazing. She continues to learn as insurance companies continue to update and change their requirements. |
